小麦品种品质性状的评价及聚类分析

摘    要:对102个小麦品种(系)进行了蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值和籽粒硬度评价,并用最长距离法进行聚类分析.结果表明,强筋小麦占24.5%,中筋小麦占32.4%,弱筋小麦占43.1%.当遗传距离为28.42时,可将102个小麦品种聚为6群.筛选出一批高蛋白质、高硬度、高沉降值的优质资源, 为小麦生产和品质育种提供种质基础.

Abstract:102 wheat varieties were evaluated and clustered according to protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation value and hardness.and cluster analysis was made using method of the max distance.The results showed that the rate of strong-gluten varieties was 24.5%,that of medium-gluten varieties was 32.4%,and that of weak-gluten varieties was 43.1%,When the genetic length was 28.42,102 wheat varieties were divided into 6 groups.A batch of entries superior in protein content,wet gluten content,sedimentation va...
