| 摘 要： | 对102个小麦品种(系)进行了蛋白含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值和籽粒硬度评价,并用最长距离法进行聚类分析.结果表明,强筋小麦占24.5%,中筋小麦占32.4%,弱筋小麦占43.1%.当遗传距离为28.42时,可将102个小麦品种聚为6群.筛选出一批高蛋白质、高硬度、高沉降值的优质资源, 为小麦生产和品质育种提供种质基础.
