| 摘 要： | 素质教育的全面推进,要求高校“两课”要适应和服务于这一改革趋势,达到和谐统一,在素质教育的过程中,“两课”的地位只能加强,不能削弱,“两课”是高校素质教育的基本环节,新形势下,要构筑与高校素质教育相适应的“两课”教育教学体系,以加大教改力度。
