| Abstract: | The essential way for a higher vocational school teacher to be professional is to be introspective teacher. The author tries to begin in thinking features of an introspective teacher and focuses on the exploration of the con- version from a higher vocational school teacher to an introspective one.The author hopes to promote the profes- sional development of a higher vocational school teacher and further to improve the education quality of higher vo- cational school which bases on teaching introspection. |
