| 摘 要： | 我国高校科研管理人员管理水平整体不高的现象一直都存在,科研管理水平的高低对于科研水平的发展起着至关重要的影响作用.随着国家对于高校科研投入的不断增加,科研管理人员的管理水平也亟需提升.就科研管理人员应该提升的几个管理能力进行了简单分析和探讨.
