| 摘 要： | 公平正义作为社会和谐的重要内容和特征,应当保证社会成员的权利公平、机会公平、规则公平、分配公平.公平正义为社会和谐奠定了公正性基础、合理性基础和道义基础.本文就社会公平正义的实现所需要的必要的制度保障,完善民主权利保障制度,完善司法体制,完善收入分配制度等方面进行了有益的探索,对我国构建和谐社会具有重要的理论意义.
