| 摘 要： | 稳固的政治统治要建立在合法性基础之上.现代国家政权的合法性基础主要包括意识形态、政治制度、政绩三个方面.我国国家政权在现代化进程中存在着潜在的合法化危机,而当前中央提出的和谐社会建设有助于巩固政权合法性基础.

| Abstract: | A stable government is based on the foundation of legitimacy and modern government's legitimate foundation which include ideology,political system and governmental achievements.Our government has latent crises of legitimacy on the road of modernization,while advocacy construction harmonious society by the Central Government attributes to strengthen political legitimate foundation. |
