| 摘 要： | 21世纪大学教育的人才观、质量观的核心问题是培养和造就富有创新精神的高素质人才。本从三个方面论述了高校教师的创新思维能力和高校的素质教育。创新的重要性和具有创新能力老师的基本素养；高校教师在培养学生创新能力方面所起的作用；高校实施素质教育的重要性，以及怎样培养学生的创新能力。
