摘    要:在本文中,笔者以自己曾经接触过的挪威VIMEX公司的GDS系统(可燃气体探测系统)为例,介绍了自己在从事这一以日本Koyo公司的可编程控制器为控制单元的自动化监测报警系统的调试及试验过程当中所遇到的几个问题及其解决方法。提出了自己的体会及PLC应用于机电自动化系统中时在软件设计及编程过程中应该注意的几个问题。本文对于从事机电一体化系统设计及PLC软件编程设计专业技术人员具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:Taking the gas detection system made by VIMEX company as an example, this paper introduces the method and techniques on some problems met during commissioning and local test of the monitoring system using PLC made by Koyo as control unit, gives opinions and matters need attention on programming as PLC being used in automatic electromechanical system. This paper can be used as reference for technician and designer working in PLC programming and electromechanical system design.
