| 摘 要： | 黄老之学的学术特征是道、法结合,兼采百家,用道家的哲理论证法家的政治主张。西汉后期名的思想家刘向深受黄老思想的影响,他的德主刑辅的教化思想、清静无为的为政策略,是对黄老思想的演绎和深化。这些思想有宝贵的现代价值,可以为我们的社会管理提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The Taoist philosophy as taught by Laozi and his immediate disciples is characterized by integration of ethics and law and adoption of hundred schools of thoughts. It is a political proposition that takes Taoism to demonstrate the legalist school of thought in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods between 770 B.C. and 221 B.C.. Liu Xiang, a celebrated thinker in the later Western Han Dynasty, was deeply influenced by the classical Taoist thinking. His educational thinking of "implementing ethical education supplemented by penalty" ,and his political strategy of creating peaceful environment are the continuation of the Taoist philosophical thinking, which is of great value for us in handling public administration. |
