摘 要: | 以技工学校初中班级的新生为研究对象,研究以团体心理辅导形式进行的班级建设对新生适应环境的促进作用.结果表明:以团体心理辅导形式进行的班级建设能在较短时间内形成一个真诚、温暖的班级气氛,有助于新生适应新的学习生活环境,对维持或促进学生心理健康有积极的影响,应将其纳入技工学校新生班级的入学教育体系中.

Abstract: | Taking the junior middle school class of technical school, this thesis studies the promotion effect of group-counse- ling on class in term of adapting to new environment. The results shows that : this method generates a sincere, and warm class at- mosphere in a relatively short time, which is conducive for students to adapt to the new learning environment and maintain or pro- mote positive mental health ~ Therefore, it should be included in the freshman class education system of technical school. |
