基于Simulink运动仿真与改进自适应遗传算法的曲轴优化设计

摘    要:采用了Simulink仿真软件对曲柄连杆机构进行运动仿真,得到曲轴的受力极限情况,在此基础上,得到了最大拉伸载荷和最大压缩载荷对曲轴参数的约束,以及自身参数的边界条件约束,并进一步建立了以曲轴体积最小作为目标函数的曲轴优化模型,最终运用了改进自适应遗传算法来求解该模型的最优设计参数,并将其优化设计参数结果与实际曲轴参数比较,发现用改进自适应遗传算法求得的曲轴参数更加优于曲轴的实际设计参数。

Abstract:This paper provides the crankshaft’s stress limit by simulating the movement of the crankshaft mechanism using the simulink software,based on that,the crankshaft parameters’ restraint conditions which are constrained by the maximum tensile load,the maximum compression load and the self-parameters are provided.the optimal mode of the crankshaft is established which total aim is the minimum of the crankshaft’s volume.Finally,The optimum design parameters of the mode are worked out by using the the self adapt genetic algorithm.By contrast,crankshaft’s optimal design is remarkable supurior to the practicing design.
