水工混凝土低热硅酸盐水泥复掺磷渣粉配比设计

摘    要:磷渣是提取黄磷后的废弃物,在水泥工业的应用中显现出良好的前景。其一是可以作为原料掺入改善水泥熟料的质量;二是能够作为混合材生产磷渣硅酸盐水泥。本文通过控制不同磷渣掺量配比,形成15份不同试样试件,并观察研究不同试件的凝结时间及早期、后期抗压强度变化,对试验结果进行机理分析,以期对大规模生产有所借鉴。

Abstract:The extraction of yellow phosphorus slag is waste of,in cement industry shows a good prospect in application.One can be used as raw material for incorporation to improve the quality of cement clinker,two is capable of being used as mixture to produce phosphorous slag cement.In this paper,through the control of different phosphorus slag admixture ratio,formed in 15 different test pieces,and observational studies of different specimen of setting time and compressive strength of early,late changes to the test results,the mechanism analysis,with period to mass production is drawn lessons from somewhat.
