| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前高校教学管理中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了将ISO9000质量管理过程模式应用到教学质量管理中,制定和完善教学管理制度和规程,增强其可操作性;采用各类规范化的教学跟踪表,增加其可追溯性,以此提高教学管理质量。
