| 摘 要： | 酒时中国历史文化、文学艺术、绘画艺术、宗教文化、民风民俗、科学技术、社会心理、军事研究等各个领域产生了巨大的影响。中国酒文化以其悠久的历史、博大精深的蕴涵而在世界酒文化之林中独领风骚，人们逐步认识到中国酒文化的精神文化价值：中国酒文化是一种社会文化，也是一种政治文化，更是一种艺术文化。
