| Abstract: | Adhere to the requirements of the scientific outlook on development to the managed the university CCP members, the members need to build a college education and manage the long-term constitution. To continuously improve the quality of party members that need to build educational constitution and adhere to build a management system, the implementation of management by objectives, to build an incentive mechanism; persist in tightening party discipline, build a regulatory mechanism. |
