教师的困惑与师德建设的思路

摘    要:基于社会对师德的要求,分析了教师自身存在的有关理想与现实、投入与产出、公平与效率、肯定与否定、积极与消极等矛盾和困惑,提出师德建设的“四有”思路:进一步提高教师地位,使教师切实有一种光荣感;制订并宣传师德规范,使教师切实有一种使命感;进行师德考核,使教师切实有一种方向感;重视对考核结果的应用,使教师切实有一种成就感。

Abstract:Based on the public requirements for teachers' ethics,this paper presents an analysis of the various perplexity of teachers and contradictions between ideal and reality,input and output,justice and efficiency,affirmation and negative,positive and negative attitude as well.Several thoughts are also suggested to guarantee the construction of teachers' ethics,concerning on further improvement of the teacher's social position,moral standards,check-up system and application to assessment so as to form the sense of honor,mission,direction,and achievement.
