| 摘 要： | 我国民本经济在制度层面的地位不断提高,且已举足轻重,但目前民本经济发展仍面临诸多障碍。推进民本经济新一轮发展,需要消除深层文化障碍,探索并确立“基本主体论”、新民本观,深入研究民本经济理论,落实民企的“国民待遇”,淡化“公”与“非公”的界限,强化“合法”与“非法”的不同。

| Abstract: | As far as the system is concerned, the status of people-oriented economy in our country has improved greatly and plays a very important role in social economy. But there still exist many obstacles in its development. To make a new push on economical development, the followings should be taken into consideration. Firstly, to establish people-oriented concept; secondly, to research on the economic theory and put national treatment into effect to private enterprises; thirdly, to weaken the limit of public and nonpublic while strengthen the difference between legality and illegality. |
