健身运动对中年女性体质的影响

摘    要:通过对参加健身运动锻炼两年以上的运动组和无锻炼习惯的安静组身体形态、生理机能、身体素质某些指标进行测试分析,结果显示:长期坚持健身运动可使体脂%、腰臀比降低,安静脉搏较低、台阶指数较高,并可适当改善肺功能,对维持和发展中年女性的肌肉力量、柔韧性、平衡能力、反应能力等身体素质有重要的意义。

Abstract:The indexes of body shape, body functions and physical fitness were analyzed between the women who take part in the aerobics exercises for more than two years and those who do not in order to probe into effect of aerobics exercises on middle-aged women's physical constitution. The results indicated that prolonged exercises can reduce percentages of body fat,gain lower WHR and rest pulse, improve cardiopulmonary function. Maintain their muscle strength,pliable and tough,balance, active ability etc.
