| 摘 要： | 确立我国机动车道路事故赔偿责任主体应遵循过错直接赔偿原则、先行垫付原则、替代赔偿原则等。交通事故损害赔偿责任范围应包括挂靠单位的机动车事故赔偿主体,分期付款机动车交通事故赔偿责任主体,被盗机动车辆发生交通事故责任主体等情形。
