| 摘 要： | 体育学科研究生教育作为体育院校人才培养的最高层次,是现代体育高端人才的重要来源,也是人才培养质量高低和效果优劣的重要标志。在多年研究生培养实践探索基础上,依据现阶段研究生培养实际,提出体育学科研究生＂一个平台三种模式＂多层次学术交流体系和工作模式,旨在为体育学科研究生科研和创新能力的提高,促进高层次创新人才培养做出有益探索。

| Abstract: | The sports graduate education is the highest level of education of sports universities as well as the source of sports talents and the standard of education effect. The paper proposes the multi-level academic exchange system of one platform and three models on the basis of current graduate students cultivation in order to provide references for the improvement of the scientific research agility and creativity of the sports graduate students. |
