| 摘 要： | 通过对各派太极拳技术的演变进行梳理,并与专家学者以及民间拳师进行交流和商榷,结合自身多年对太极拳的体悟,对太极拳技术特点进行分析。由此得出：阴阳是太极拳技术的理法,圆是太极拳运行的核心,螺旋是太极拳的技法。正所谓太极拳运动,不离方圆,阴阳互变,旨在螺旋。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the features of Taiji boxing skills based on the summery of the development of the Taiji, interview of the experts and the years of experience. The paper points out that Yin and Yang is the principle of Taiji, Round is the core of Taiji operation and spiral is the skill of Taiji. |
