| 摘 要： | 体育赛事观赏中必须把握两种距离，一是物理距离，一是心理距离。对于体育迷来说，物理距离越近越好，而心理距离则要“若即若离”，即调整观赏心态，淡然面对胜负；享受耳目之乐，投入狂欢之境；体验体育之美，领悟人生真谛。

| Abstract: | The sports competition viewing should pay attention to tow kinds of distance, actual distance and psycho- logical distance. For the sports fans, the closer to the competition court, the better, but the psychological distance should help them to accept success and failure calmly. |
