| Abstract: | The realistic choice of Legal Aid System in China should be such a mixed-system model under state's macro regulation, which is mainly relied on Legal Aid provided by professional lawyers and supplementary Legal Aid by social legal practitioners, notary, grass roots law service staff, public organizations and non-governmental organizations. |
