| 摘 要： | 中国历史上十大商帮之一的徽商,曾在中国商界舞台上盛极一时,它的成功归因于其所具有的徽商精神。这些精神品格在今天看来,仍具有非常重要的现实意义,需要我们加以传承和弘扬。本文分析了徽商的精神品格,包括贾而好儒的文化追求、以义取利的诚信品格、百折不挠的进取精神和回报社会的感恩情怀,并分别从这四个精神品格探讨对当今社会和企业的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Huizhou businessmen, one of ten greatest Businessmen in the history of China, have enjoyed ex- treme prosperity in Chinese business circles. Their success ascribes to the spirit of Huizhou businessmen, which e- ven today still have great significance for practice and deserves our inheritance and development. This paper analy- zes the spiritual character of Huizhou businessmen, which embodies in the cultural desire to advocate Confucian- ism, the faithful character, the entrepreneurial spirit of preserving and the gratitude feelings to charity, and from a- bove four aspects, discusses its practical significance for society and businesses. |
