我国现行教育产权制度的弊端与对策

摘    要:文章认为我国现行教育产权制度存在教育机构行政化色彩浓重、学校资本所有权与学校所有权的错位等弊端。要革除这些弊端,必须建立与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的教育产权制度.理顺中央及地方各级政府、社区、学校、家长和学生在教育活动中的产权关系,完善学校的内部治理机制。

Abstract:The paper points out that the flaws such as taking on dense administrative tint of the educational organization, converse of the capital ownership and the residual property rights of the school are existed in the actual educational property rights system. To abolish these flaws, the educational property rights system adapted to the market economic must be established to make clear the relationship of property rihgts among the central government, local government, community, school, householders and students, and try to consummate the system of governance.
