| 摘 要： | 西部地区高职院校要适应高职教育对职业化、技能化的要求,必须探索和建构全新的高职院校的管理模式,强化高职教育管理的独特特征,开展高职院校内部管理模式研究,要关注理论、技术和实践三者的联动,要进行科学的目标建构和内容分解,将研究工作与改革实践、院校发展与内在机制联系起来考察分析。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the requirements of vocational education in terms of occupation and techniques, tertiary vocational colleges in western part have to attempt to establish a new management mode, focusing on the vocational education features, carrying on the research on inner management modes. The coordination between theory, techniques and practice are to be studied. Scientific goal construction and content decomposition should be carried on. The research work, reformation practice, college development and inner mechanism ought to be observed and analyzed synthetically. |
