| 摘 要： | 中国传统武术文化在中国传统文化中始终占据着重要的位置,是中国传统文化的一个不可短缺的分支。中国传统武术文化较之于其他文化而言,在增强人们对于健康的意识、提高大众的生活文化水平、弘扬中华民族的文化精神等方面有着无可取代的作用。对中国传统武术文化深入研究的目的是为了能够更加客观与理性地认识其自身价值,由此进一步传承与发展中华武术文化,并在此基础上寻找到中华传统武术文化融进现代社会的主渠道。
