| 摘 要： | 在面向全球化市场环境下，为能够获得更大发展空间，企业必须集中力量打造自身核心能力。在电子商务环境下，对于逆向物流核心能力不强的企业，一般选择外包方式。在阐述电子商务环境下企业退货逆向物流流程以及外包原因基础上，分析选择外包模式的6个影响因素，探讨三种可供电子商务环境下企业选择的外包模式，以为电子商务环境下欲实施逆向物流外包的企业提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the globalized market oriented environment, in order to get further development, enterprises must focus on core competence. In e commerce environment, the enterprises which are not good at reverse logistics should choose outsourcing in general. In this paper, firstly expounds the process of reverse logistics and the reasons of outsourcing, then analyses six factors to choose outsourcing model, finally to explores three patterns of outsourcing. The paper wants to provide a reference for those enterprises which prepare to outsourcing reverse logistics in e commerce environment. |
