| 摘 要： | 教育的发展必须顺应社会的发展和时代的潮流,而社会的发展和时代的潮流又对人才的需求提出更高的要求.随着普通高校体育教改的不断深入,加强对大学生心理素质的发展势在必行,大学生的心理素质对其它素质的发展既有促进又有制约作用,本文将对大学生在体育教学中存在的心理问题和体育教师应该采用什么方式来加强对大学生的心理素质教育作一些探索,供广大同行们参考。
