| 摘 要： | 体育教师在教学实践中讲解示范的语言艺术水平，对提高教学质量起着举足轻重的作用，也是完成教学任务的基本途径。教学讲解示范要精讲多练，重点突出，生动形象，新鲜有趣，深入浅出，用比喻的方法讲解动作要领。
