| 摘 要： | 提高农民工的综合素质是创建和谐社会的重要议题。社区可在职业技能教育、心理辅导、法制教育和安全教育等方面采取一些可行的教育支持策略,提高农民工的综合素质,加强农民工与社区居民的情感沟通,使他们更好地融入城市,促进社会的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Improving the overall quality of peasantry worker is an important topic of the construction of harmonious society.To improve the overall quality of farmer-worker,community may adopt some practical educational support strategies in aspects of skill training,psychological counseling,legal education and safety education,strengthen the emotional communication between the peasantry worker and community resident,so that they can integrate into city better and promote development of harmonious society. |
