| 摘 要： | 坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观,是从新世纪新阶段党和国家事业发展全局出发提出的重大战略思想,是学校坚持改革发展的一项艰巨任务。高等学校要按照科学发展观的要求,坚持发展为第一要务,以人为本,可持续发展,统筹兼顾,认真处理好办学过程中的各种关系,着力推进,重点突破,不断推动学校建设和发展。
