| 摘 要： | 对于"潜能生"群体的教育转化一直是高职院校教育工作重中之重,但传统的教育管理方式已难以应对日益复杂的学生工作。"南风效应"作为心理学的一个效应,通过重视人文关怀,给予尊重理解;积极发现"亮点",及时表扬肯定;采用"以退为进",消除戒备心理等将其运用到高职潜能生的教育转化工作中,是对当今高职院校学生思想政治教育工作方式的一种探索与创新。

| Abstract: | The transformation of the potential students have always been a priority work in higher vocational colleges, but the traditional way of education has been difficult to cope with the increasingly complex student work. Use the theory of ＂the south wind effect＂ in the transformation of the Potential Students, pay attention to give students humanistic care and respect ,find the advantages of the potential students, give praise in time ,use the strategy of push-back and eliminate the psychological of guard against, is an exploration and innovation to the educational mode. |
