| 摘 要： | 金融开放是经济体制转向市场体制的同时所实现的金融要素的市场化配置.温州应将金融综合改革与海西战略有机融合,走出温州特色金融开放试验之路.在MOU、ECFA签署及两岸货币清算机制和人民币离岸市场快速发展的背景下,温州与台湾可以在两岸金融机构互设和股权合作、中小企业金融服务、货币清算与对台离岸金融业务、征信及信用服务领域、金融协作机制方面开展合作交流.

| Abstract: | Financial opening is a market allocation of financial element conducted simultaneously from economic system to market system. Wenzhou should integrate comprehensive financial reform with Haixi strategy, exploring the path of financial opening with Wenzhou characteristics. With the signing of MOU and ECFA, and the rapid development of cross-strait currency settlement mechanism and offshore RMB market, Wenzhou and Taiwan can cooperate in equity cooperation, financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, cross-strait currency settlement, offshore financial business, credit and credit services and financial cooperation mechanism. |
