高职院校学生与人交流能力的“三位一体”测评方法

摘    要:与人交流能力是高职院校学生必备的职业核心能力之一。加强高职学生与人交流能力测评有着重要的现实意义。测评的基本内容包括交谈讨论、当众发言、阅读获取资料、书面表达四个方面。测评应坚持注重平时业绩积累、过程性测评、笔试和综合测评相结合等原则。测评的基本方式包括基于知识理论的考核测评、基于能力训练的考核测评、基于校内外实践活动的考核测评等。

Abstract:The ability to communicate with the person is one of the important professional core competences for vocational college students. It is very significant to strengthen the evaluation of students' ability to communicate with people. The evaluation consists of conversation and discussion, speaking in public, reading for information and writing. Meanwhile, the evaluation should attach importance to accumulation of performance in normal times, procedural assessment, written examination and comprehensive evaluation. The fundamental modes include knowledge evaluation, ability training evaluation and practice evaluation based on practice inside and outside school.
