| 摘 要： | 大学生宿舍文化是高校思想政治教育的重要载体.对广东省某高职院校学生宿舍文化制度建设进行随机调查,结果表明,存在卫生无人打扫、过度使用水电、潜规则较盛行和消极对待宿舍矛盾等问题.为促进大学生健康成长,应规范宿舍文化制度建设,鼓励教师融入宿舍管理,践行书院制管理模式,构建和谐校园.

| Abstract: | Dormitory culture of college students is an important part of ideological and political education. A random survey was made on dormitory culture to students of a vocational college in Guangdong province. The results show that in some dormitories, nobody does the cleaning; some students use the water and electricity excessively, the unspoken rules are popular and some students take a negative attitude to the dormitory problem. In order to promote the healthy growth of college students, measures should be taken to standardize the system of dormitory culture, encourage teachers to involve in the dormitory management and take the college management mode to build a harmonious campus. |
