| 摘 要： | 本文采用微观计量经济学综列数据研究方法,构建了从2000年至2003年连续四年与区域经济水平及技术创新能力相关的综列数据指标集,并在此基础上研究了我国八大经济区区域技术创新水平对区域经济增长的影响差异.结论表明,技术创新能力对经济发展水平有较高的解释水平,而我国欠发达地区的技术创新水平及其对经济增长的贡献度均低于发达地区,由此造成二者之间经济发展差距越来越大.因此,本文认为,欠发达地区要促进地区经济发展,缩小地区间的发展差距,就必须制定积极的、超常规的技术创新赶超战略,努力提高本区域技术创新水平.

| Abstract: | Based on the panel data approach of the microeconometrics, the article has established a data set related to the regional economy and technical innovation from 2000 to 2003 and thus analyzed the regional economy disparity which resulted in technical innovation. It drew a conclusion that the contribution of technical innovation to the undeveloped region is much lower than that of the developed region. We consider that, in order to fill up the gap, the undeveloped region should explore an active and transnormal strategy of technical innovation to improve the regional innovation level. |
