| 摘 要： | 在进入新世纪时，我们党明确提出了我国今后20年的奋斗目标——全面建设惠及十几亿人口的更高水平的小康社会，这是一个经济、政治、文化全面发展的战略目标，具有鲜明的中国特色的基本特征，符合我国国情和现代化建设的实际，对社会发展具有举足轻重的作用。我们要坚定信心，抓住机遇，建设全面发展的更高水平的小康社会。

| Abstract: | While entering new century, our party has put forward the objective of the struggle of the following 20 years of our country clearly --Build the more high-level well-to-do society which benefits more than ten hundred million people in an all-round way, this is a all-round developing strategic objective of a economy , politics , culture, the essential feature with distinct distinct Chinese characteristics, accord with the national conditions of our country and reality of modernization, have very important function on the social development. We want to enhance confidence, seize the opportunity , build the all-round developing more high-level well-to-do society. |
