| 摘 要： | 在综合分析了环境、资源、可持续发展的定义和内涵的基础之上,研究了可持续发展的内涵与原则,及其对环境、资源的要求。在此基础上分析了可持续、发展环境、资源的相互关系,提出了实施可持续发展的战略与措施的建议。
