| 摘 要： | 转型期我国农业技术创新面临着四个突出的矛盾,针对这些矛盾,必须从我国国情和农业技术创新的客观规律出发,做出科学的路径选择。提升我国农业企业技术创新力的关键路径是:实施科技价值链创新管理,构建以科研院校为技术创新源、以企业为产业开发主体、产学研府民紧密结合的科技价值链创新体系。

| Abstract: | During the transformation stage,Chinese agricultural technology Innovation is facing four sharp challenges,so it must make the right choice according to the national situation and technology innovation capability.There are some effective ways to improve the capability of the agriculture technology innovation: implementing innovation of science and technology value chain,constructing the new agricultural science and technology innovation systems cored by enterprises in combination with other institutions in governmental and private sectors could lead to the synergic effects between various innovators,implementing the new management strategies of innovation in the agricultural enterprises and the exploration of Chinese way of self-determined innovation. |
