| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的立足点是建立在我国现阶段的基本国情基础之上的，第一要义是发展，核心是以人为本，基本要求是全面协调可持续，根本方法是统筹兼顾。就高校后勤工作而言，其目的就是要在坚持发展人民满意的高等教育是学校第一要务的基础上，用创新的后勤改革思路，建立新型后勤保障体系，实现高校后勤又好又快发展，推动学校健康持续发展。
