| 摘 要： | 在企业治理机制与创新关系研究中引入探索型学习与应用型学习,重点分析了不同治理机制通过探索型学习与应用型学习影响突变创新、渐进创新选择的过程。在前人研究基础上,建立了治理机制与技术创新关系的理论框架,揭示了治理机制影响创新活动的路径和机理。

| Abstract: | The paper studies the explorative and exploitive learning in the relationship between corporate governance and innovation.By examining an array of governance mechanisms,we analyze how different governance mechanisms influence the chosen between radical innovation and incremental innovation through organizational learning.This paper established a framework to explain how governance influences innovation. |
