| 摘 要： | 揭示职业教育教学技能的实质，是研究和培训职业学校教师教学技能所要解决的首要问题。本文通过对教学技能的一般意义和职业教育教学特点的考察，提出职业教育教学技能是指教师在职业教育教学中，为了达成专业的培养目标，通过练习运用专业知识及教学理论，促使学生学习一实践的能力。

| Abstract: | To reaveal the essence of teaching skill of vocational education is a question of the first importance to study and train teachers' teaching skill in vocational college.Through the investigation of the general meaning of teaching skill and teaching characteristics of vocational education,the article puts foward the teaching skill of vocational education is a ability to spur students on to study-practice through using the professional knowledge and teaching theory in order to reach the special fostering goal. |
