| 摘 要： | 随着和谐校园的建设。和谐图书馆也将是未来图书馆发展的方向。但在当前高职院校和谐图书馆建设中还存在着人与人、人与岗、人与环境、文献资源建设以及图书馆软硬件建设与学校发展整体要求的不和谐。文章从以人为本出发。提出要从构建和谐的人际关系、加强馆员岗位培训、注重环境、文献资源建设、并加大投入和加强信息化建设等方面来建设和谐图书馆。
