高校女生12min跑和800m跑体能测试方法比较

摘    要:采用实验法,比较高校女生12min跑和800m跑体能测试方法。结果表明:采用12min跑锻炼,能增强学生心肺功能和有氧耐力水平,且方法简单易行,有利于调动女大学生的锻炼积极性。对于少数无氧耐力素质较好的女生,800m跑同样可以提高耐力水平。建议以12min跑测试项目为主,800m跑作为测试的补充项目。

Abstract:Using the method of experiment, the present paper has compared university female students' physical capacity tests separately with 12 min run and 800 m run. The results have shown that the exercise with 12 min run can strengthen the students' cardio-respiratory function and aerobic endurance, and be simple and easy to do, as well as help mobilize university female students' enthusiasm for exercise. As for a small number of female students whose anaerobic endurance quality is better, 800 m run can likewise improve their endurance level. It suggests taking 12 min run as the dominant test and 800 m run as a supplement to test.
