| 摘 要： | 农村社会的发展是我国整个社会发展的基础,农村公共产品的供给关系着农民社会水平的提高、农业的发展和农村社会的稳定。长期以来,我国农村公共产品的制度外供给是造成我国农村公共产品供给严重短缺的重要原因。通过充分发挥政府、市场、社区和第三种力量在农村公共产品供给中的合力作用,是有效摆脱我国当今农村公共产品困境的必然和现实选择。

| Abstract: | Development of the rural areas is the foundation of the social development of China.The provision of the public products in the rural areas affects the level of socialization of the peasants,development of agriculture and social stability of the rural areas as well.Provision of public products in the rural areas beyond the system has long been a major cause that accounts for their severe shortage.The author suggests that an effective and feasible way to redress this situation lies in promoting the combined functions of the government,the market,the community and the third force in provision of public products. |
