| 摘 要： | "春秋决狱",即依据《春秋》来审判案件,其实质是相信《春秋》作为万世之法,可以衡量一切社会行为。"春秋决狱"典型地显示了儒家话语的构成方式:它以经典文献为价值依据和话语资源,通过征引、史鉴、"微言大义"等方式逐渐扩张自己的话语权力,以求构建一个无所不包的意识形态体系。"春秋决狱"在此基础上,还运用了"原心"、"博贯"等方式,使公羊学阐释学变得更加自由和随意。汉儒的《春秋》阐释学由此带上了浓厚的神秘主义色彩,并走到了它的逻辑终点。
