| 摘 要： | 生物信息技术是当今国内外生命科学研究的热点,其中作为生物信息技术重要内容的生物信息数据库对生命科学的发展起着重要的推动作用。基于对生物信息数据库自身特点的分析,结合目前数据库保护办法,探讨生物信息数据库知识产权保护应采取的方式,并提出对生物信息数据库应采取分级保护的观点,给出加强我国生物信息数据库知识产权保护的建议。

| Abstract: | Bioinformation technology,which consists of database,supporting software and results obtained from the database analysis,is one of the hot topics in life science worldwide.Of which the database part plays a vital role in the accelerating of the modern life science study.In this paper,the way used to protect database intellectual property has been discussed by analyzing the characteristics of the database itself with the consideration of the current way applied to and the new concept of grading protections has been raised.Furthermore,suggestion has been pointed out in enhancing the protection of China's bioinformation database intellectual property specifically. |
