| 摘 要： | 在大学评价中，评价指标权重的大小直接影响其综合评价的结果。针对我国大学排行榜指标体系权重均衡化的弊端，本文结合管理学中有关多属性决策方法的相关知识，运用离差最大化关系下的权重确定方法，对大学排行榜指标体系及其权重进行集结和排序；并且运用例证分析的方法对中国大学排行榜上部分大学的指标体系权重进行相应地数据分析。分析结果发现，大学评价中，不应对所有的高校采取一刀切的评价方式。由于国家战略部署的不同，大学排名应该在同一级别中进行排序，而且应当采取多角度、多维体系的排序与评估，单纯以学校的综合实力为排名基准的做法具有片面性。
