| 摘 要： | 民族教育只有适应人口发展的现状才能沿着正确的道路发展，否则必然会引起一些社会问题。当前延边州朝鲜族人口发展呈现出负增长、流动大、城镇人口比例高等特征。相对应，延边州朝鲜族出现了流动儿童、留守儿童及单亲、无亲儿童的教育问题，出现了朝鲜族学校生源减少的问题，出现了朝鲜族教育优势日趋弱化的问题，等等。在充分分析现状及问题的基础上，本文从加强政策保障、重新审视朝鲜族教育的目标与内容、动员社会力量、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出了建议。
